[crypto] administrative notice

The crypto@mail.unipay.nl mailing list has moved to a new server.  I
don't currently have access to the old subscription database, so I
created a new list with the same subscribers as shortly before the
list stopped working on the old server.  As a result all subscriber
options have been reset to the defaults and new passwords generated.
I didn't send out a new welcome message, but you will get a password
reminder at the beginning of the month, or you can request one via the
web interface at http://mail.unipay.nl/mailman/listinfo/crypto.
