SEMINAR "Practical Approaches to Secure Computation" (PASC)

The goal of the seminar is to disseminate some of the latest advances in
the area of practical secure multiparty computation. This seminar
includes the PhD defense of José Villegas.

Date and time: Thursday, April 29 2010 11:00 - 17:30 hs.
Location     : Auditorium of Eindhoven University of Technology.

10:45-11:00     Welcome and coffee

11:00-11:40     Eike Kiltz (CWI): "Lattice-based crypto"

11:40-12:20     Jorge Guajardo (Philips Research): TBA

12:20-13:40     Lunch break (lunch not included)

13:40-14:20     Juan A. Garay (AT&T Research Labs): "A Framework for the
				Sound Specification of Cryptographic Tasks"

14:20-15:00     Ahmad-Reza Sadeghi (Ruhr-Universität Bochum): TBA

15:00-16:00     Coffee break

16:00-17:30     José Villegas: Defense of PhD thesis "Design of Advanced
				Primitives for Secure Multiparty Computation: Special
				Shuffles and Integer Comparison".

The three first talks will be held at the lecture room 15, while the PhD
defense will be in the lecture room 4, both at the Auditorium of TUE.
