Subject: Extended -- early registration deadline ECC 2014

Quick update on the registration deadlines:

THE 18TH WORKSHOP ON ELLIPTIC CURVE CRYPTOGRAPHY (ECC 2014) will be
held in Chennai, India, October 8-10. 

Registration:
Early registration deadline has been extended to September 21. 
Fees are as follows
(given in USD; likely they transact in INR).

Before September 21st:
  - Conference: regular 350 USD,   student 200 USD

Starting September 22nd:
  - Conference: regular 400 USD,   student 250 USD

The fees for the conference include the three lunches, two dinners,
and five tea/coffee breaks.

Note that there are some discounted fees for participants from
Indian institutions due to sponsoring.
